Southern Peach Cobbler

Reviewed: Jul. 18, 2012
I am giving this 5 stars because this is delicious, and you do not need to change the recipe...maybe less sugar if desired. I have been using this same recipe since 1970 and turns out every time. I serve it just a tad warm and use real butter.

World's Best Scones! From Scotland to the Savoy to the U.S.

Reviewed: May 17, 2012
This is the best scones I have ever made. They were just perfect. I made two batches one with orange peel and 3 tablespoons orange juice and the other with dried cherries...fantastic. They were gone in no time. Thanks for this wonderful recipe.

Lemon Yogurt Dip

Reviewed: Apr. 15, 2012
This is a very good addition to the fruit of your choice. I also use plain greek yogurt add 1/8 cup sugar or sucralose then add a bit of Cinnamon and nutmeg. This is sooo good with cantaloupe and watermelon and strawberries.

Autumn Cheesecake

Reviewed: Oct. 2, 2011
This Autumn Cheesecake is just wonderful. I did follow the review by NOCLE and it worked perfectly. I did add a carmel sauce on top and the cheesecake was gone in minutes. To make the Camel Sauce: In a small saucepan add 1) 1/2 c brown sugar 2) add 1/4 c. butter 3) 1 Tablespoon clear corn syrup. When sugar has incorporated 4)add a Tablespoon of cream. Drizzle over the cheesecke. This is so yummy...and perfect for a fall dessert.

Carrot Spice Muffins

Reviewed: Apr. 20, 2011
I loved this recipe. I put the brown over the carrots and let it bring the juice out of the carrots. This made thr muffins super moist and I do this when I make a carrot cake as well. I have no complaints on this recipe. I followed it except for the carrot soak in brown sugar...everyone love them.

Yes, these are very good. They remind me of Sopaipillas the way they puff up. In fact I did eat them with honey. I made these when I lived in Grants, NM. I do love the taste of these. I followed your reciepe and they turned out great.

Quick Yeast Rolls

Reviewed: Mar. 14, 2011
I made these for the first time yesterday for a dinner party...I must say they turned out great. Every one was asking where I bought them. I will make these more often, my family loves them. This is definitely a 5 star recipe. I followed the recipe just as it was. It was a wet dough but I just put a little flour on my hands made a little balls and put them in a round cake pan instead of a muffin pan..yum yum great with butter. Thanks for sharing this recipe.
