Ice Pops

I found this exact recipe on another web site. I made these last night, but I used Watermelon Cherry Kool-Aid along with a Watermelon JELL-O gelatin. With all the new varieties that Kool-Aid and JELL-O gelatin has come out with lately, making home-made popsicles now-a-days is so much fun. Can't wait to make them for my granddaughter. She'll think her grandma makes the best popsicles in the whole world. Bea, I hope your recipe catches on. "Thank You"!!!

Rhubarb Cake II

Our family really likes this recipe, but I always use 5 cups of rhubarb (4 cups isn't enough). Using either raspberry gelatin or strawberry tastes great. A very quick and easy dessert to prepare. To other rhubarb lovers; this is one recipe you must have in your recipe box. "Thanks Darlene for this wonderful recipe, it's a winner"!!!

Holiday Chicken Salad

My husband didn't like this recipe, but I did. I used exactly 4-(8 oz. ea.) chicken breasts, 2 Tbsp. of finely chopped onion, (instead of the green onions) and roasted & salted pecans that I purchased from a Mills Fleet Farm Store. I could not taste the pecans in this recipe, so you probably could omit them in this recipe. I sandwiched this between 16 mini cresent rolls. Thank-you Elaine for a great tasting chicken salad recipe.

Best Egg Rolls

I've made these egg rolls several times; they taste wonderful(not bland at all). I did add extra cabbage, carrots and thinly sliced green peppers. I however used vegetable oil instead, and omitted the sesame seeds. A good recipe, but I'd have to say mine are abit better. I'll have to submit my recipe. Cindi Bauer - Marshfield,WI.

Breakfast Sausage

This morning I prepared this breakfast sausage, but cut the recipe in half. I already had ground pork sausage, (with grounded up onions and garlic in it) before adding the remaining ingredients your recipe called for. I substituted ground cayenne red pepper for the crushed red pepper flakes. I thought the 1 tsp. of sage to the 1lb. of ground pork was too much. The next time I will reduce it to 1/2 tsp. Also, I probably will reduce the amount of marjoram as well. I liked the brown sugar in the recipe. Other than that, it was good. Thanks for the recipe.
