I gave this five stars even though I tweaked it. To make sure it was well seasoned I seasoned chicken night before with ms dash chicken seasoning. Then I boiled it next day with a small bag of frozen veggies & diced potato (I added that last bc I knew it wouldn't take long to cook). I also added a chicken bouillon to the water. After draining I seasoned with a little salt, pepper, & garlic powder. I didn't use as much flour as the recipe called for. Maybe 2T to help it prevent the pie from being too dry & it worked perfect. It was very moist.I also seasoned the sauce with salt, pepper, garlic powder & replaced diced onions with onion powder just bc I didn't have time. I then combined the sauce with the chicken & veggies &poured it all in the deep dish pie crust. I also followed another suggestion of cooking the bottom crust for 5min before adding the mixture. I brushed both crust with a little bit of egg white. The only regret I have is not having another 2 pie crust to make another pie with the leftover filing bc that pie was gone in no time!
