This is a wonderful recipe and so easy. I have made this many times and it's always so delicious. Actually I have cooked this on the stove, as I don't use my grill much any more...I'm a recent widow :( . It just makes any main dish more interesting, fun Thanks

Screaming Potatoes

I would love to try this recipe and others that call for cast iron skillets, however, unfortunately I have a glass top stove...ugh...so cannot use cast iron...any suggestions? thank you. I'm sure the potatoes are delishious...am envious!!!

Beer Braised Irish Stew and Colcannon

Oh this sounds so delish...My mother in law made colcannon (she was Irish thru and thru) and I just loved it. I haven't had it in years, will try this week-end. My dear husband, now deceased, loved it also. Thanks for the recipe. I am only one person so I'll adjust recipe successfully I hope. Colcannon I won't adjust. I'll just eat, and eat and eat :I)

It sounds wonderful, I don't have a springform pan, is there another pan that I might use rather than buy a new one....I don't bake that often and I have too, too many pans. Thank you for recipe Loulou

Cold Tropical Macaroni Salad

This sounds yummy...I need a recipe for around 30 people..guess I can figure that out! A friend made a similar salad, Hawaiian...it was also delicious..made with fruit cup, pineapple, white grapes, mayo and relish!! Don't know the measurements. Sorry not much help!

Thanks for this great looking and sounding recipe....I agree with Amalia......it's so annoying when people judge recipe and haven't tasted it yet....or just change the the entire thing.!!! Have shrimp waiting at home, and now I know what do with it.....I bet it's 5 stars!! thanks again. Loulou Well folks, I went home and made this delicous dish...I only changed one thing....1/2 butter & 1/2 EVOO...just for fat content it's a keeper!

Irish Soda Bread

At last.....I had lost my recipe for Irish Soda Bread, and now I have it again so delighted! I don't know why y'all want to change the recipes so much.....carraway seeds are great in this...this is real Irish Soda Bread. Thanks for the receipe again. Lou
