Pizza Dough III
I give this recipe 4 stars because they did not explain how to properly rise the yeast or the dough. You need to add the yeast to half a cup of luke warm water not hot water and it needs to sit for 15 min (I also add the sugar in with the yeast). The yeast should foam up to the brim of the cup and if it doesn't you've done something wrong. You should let the dough rise, punch it down and then let it rise again. It takes some time but If you do not do this your dough will not turn out right.
