Potato Leek Soup III

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2012
Made this delicious and quick soup recipe for a weekend lunch and brought left overs to work. At least 3 people asked for a taste of the soup that was producing such a wonderful savory aroma in the kitchen! I referred several people to this site that day and this recipe is now a family favorite!

Pork Chops with Fresh Tomato, Onion, Garlic, and Feta

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2012
Nice presentation, tender meat with good blend of flavors. I had garlic herb Feta in the house so i used that and as one of the reviewers did, I sauteed the chops to brown them, removed them to a casserole, finished the topping as directed and baked the whole thing covered for 20 min at 350 until meat thermometer 140+. I added the cheese when I removed the casserole dish from the oven. I enjoyed the pork but my husband prefers poultry so will try with chicken or turkey breast next time! Thanks so much

Roasted Vegetable Orzo

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2011
This recipe was awesome! I toasted the orzo first as I like the color of some white, some tan orzo in the recipe. I used a tablespoon of butter before adding cooking liquid and spices so the calorie content/cholesterol content is higher. It was a big a hit at my family gathering.
