Easy Pancakes

Reviewed: Apr. 16, 2011
i usually look at others reviews before making a recipe but i guess it was too ealry today to think of that. BAD IDEA. I substituted half all purpose flour for whole wheat flour, added some cinn and vanilla and they did not turn out great. I used the 2 tablespoons of baking powder and i am not sure if that is what made them SO salty. will be doing some major adjustments if i make again..

Baked Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2011
I thought this was ok. My man really enjoyed it but I found it soggy on the bottom and a little dry? Maybe I overcooked. We are our own worse critics.

Reminded me of my grandmothers corn beef and cabbage, and hers was amazing. I used a Guiness beer and the whole family loved it!

Home Style Macaroni and Cheese

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2011
This was by far the best mac I have ever had. I followed others suggestions and added some spices, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper. I used med chedder and sharp and had italian bread crumbs that put a great touch on top. Under bread crumbs I put a thin layer of sharp cheese and baked extra time so it came out crispy on top! Delicious!

TASTY, next time i will use a corona. I used bud lite with lime and i think it would have been better with corona, but all in all very tasty dish and lots of leftovers!

Baked Lemon Chicken with Mushroom Sauce

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2011
delicious, made for dinner last night and came out wonderful. I baked the chicken since i thinnk it comes out juicer but you need to adjust the time because i feel it was a little dry. I sprinkled lemon pepper and garlic powder over chicken before baking and added it to the sauce. Very tasty dish.

Chicken with Garlic, Basil, and Parsley

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2011
i used a little advice from everyone's post and it came out delicious. I marinated the chicken in balsamic vinegar and chicken bouilli. After a few hours, I used fresh parsley and fresh basil on bottom of baking pan. I browned the chicken before baking. I think that the crushed red pepper put a kick in the dish that was needed and I drizzzled balsamic on before baking. I topped with tomatoes and baked 25 min. During the last 15 minutes I topped with feta cheese and it came out great. My boyfriend said it looked professional and he loved it! Thanks for the recipe!
