55-year old Brit living in Glendale, AZ since 1996. Recently widowed, living with son and three dogs. I enjoy cooking just about everything. My mother used to bake every Saturday afternoon. She would make cookies and cakes to last the week. I have a few of her receipes. This was the first time in 24 years that I cooked a Turkey. My husband always would do such a good job.
