Classic Tuna Noodle Casserole

This was not like the casserole that I remember my grandma making as a child. Just lacked a little flavor and was dry but that could be an error on my part. Will look for a different recipe next time.

Cheesy Chicken Poblano Chowder

I had a hard time getting it to thicken up after I added the chicken broth so I ended up adding another 1/4 c of flour later on. Very delicious, my first time cooking with poblanos and I realized they aren't spicy at all, my children will eat this again!

Maple Pumpkin Cheesecake

I was a little sceptical of mixing pumpkin with maple syrup but it turned out delicious. My crust left something to be desired but I think that was an operator error as I didn't have a 9in pan on hand and used my 10in and tweaked the ingredients. My cheesecake rose up and then sunk back down so I used the maple pecan glaze and just filled in the top of the cheesecake and it was delicious! This will become a new holiday tradition.

The Whole Jar of Peanut Butter Cookies

I have found my new favorite recipe. I also used a jar of extra chunky peanut butter instead of extra nuts and I substituted 1/2 cup margarine for a 1/2 cup of the butter. I baked them for 12-13 minutes after only chilling for 1 1/2 hours and they are the best I've ever tasted, yummy!

Pumpkin Cookies VI

I also had to bake these cookies closer to 15 minutes than 10. You have to see the ungreased cookie sheet so they cook on the bottom. My first two batches were on foil and very crumbly until I removed the foil and cooked them on the cookie sheet. They turned out great though, quite delicious.
