Easy Pasta Fagioli

This was an amazing recipe, however there were a few things I changed to get it to this point: I did as others suggested and reversed amounts of tomato paste and broth, I also used red kidney beans and macaroni instead. Five Stars. A wonderful Flavor.

Enchilada Casserole III

I just made this for dinner tonight. I loved it! My family on the other hand would have preferred it cooked a bit longer. The only change I made is that I didn't have any hamburger on hand, and so I substituted steak instead.
