Clone of a Cinnabon
Wow, these are deadly! In a good way :) I followed the recipe exactly, just adjusted the baking time/temp slightly (375 for 20 min. and they were just right; also immediately turned out onto some wax paper and let all the goo run out of the pan on top of the buns.) I did have some trouble getting my buns to rise in the pan pre-baking. Ended up sitting them on top of my preheated oven, where it was nice and warm, for just over an hour. They did rise a wee bit, but not nearly double. Pretty sure this was due to my mistake of having the milk too hot and killing my yeast. I was worried they would end up hard due to this problem, but they actually turned out fairly soft, and not dry at all. Lots of yummy cinnamon sugar oozing out. The icing tastes delish; love the cream cheese. I did find it was not necessary to use quite so much icing as the recipe calls for though. So all in all, even with my little problem with lack of rising, they were still super yum. I will give these another go for sure.

Sugar Cookies with Buttercream Frosting
These are simply THE BEST sugar cookies ever. They are my go-to recipe; I make them every Valentine's, Easter, Halloween and Christmas. Follow the recipe exactly as is, and they will turn out perfectly every single time. The ONLY thing is that I am referring to the cookies specifically, not the icing. I have actually never made the icing as the idea of shortening and butter "flavoring" grosses me out, so I stick to a traditional butter cream icing, made with butter & cream!

Joey's Peanut Butter Cookies
Very good chewy on the inside, crispy on the outside cookie that is super fast and easy to make! Great flavor, and they spread just nicely. I chilled my dough about 30 min. before rolling in tsp. size balls. YUM! Will make many times I'm sure!
