Pork Tenderloin with Dijon Marsala Sauce

YUMMY. I made this for dinner this evening and it is a keeper I added mushrooms and some garlic as suggested by one of the reviews. My husband loved it too. I plan to serve this for comapny!!!! Thnks for the great recipe !!!

Irresistible Irish Soda Bread

WOW Thanks this is the best soda bread I have ever tasted. It is not dry like most of them. the only thing I changed was to add some caraway seeds to the recipe... I am having a St. Patricks party this evening and can hardly wait to sere it...... Thanks kARIN !!

Baked Dijon Salmon

There should be a 5 star + option for this one would be a 10. YUMMY ! I made it for my neighbors and ourselves last night and I would say its the BEST Salmon we have ever had!!!!!! I made my own bread crumbs from some wheat bread we had and the flavor was wonderful the topping was crunchie!!! THANK YOU Arnie for this great recipe!!!!!

Savory Feta Pies

I made this last night and we both loved it. I did as One had suggested and added canned diced tomatoes with some juice to combat the dryness. I also use Pillsbury refrigerated pie crusts and cut them in quarters making the pies with thoes instead of cutting circles No waste!!! I will add black olives next time. also I found that the pies were brown after 18 mins so I might lower the oven temp next time to 375 so the cheese gets a chance to melt more.

This was wonderful. I did not add the green pepper to the stuffing. I used regualr mushrooms also I added some cheese to the cream sauce. next time I will add some white wine as well.

Absolute Mexican Cornbread

Apricot/Cranberry Chutney

This is a great recipe. I added the rind of an orange and 1/4 C. vinegar instead of the 1/2 C. as suggested in one of the reviews. I think this would make a great gift for hoilday giving....Thank you for the recipe. Suzanne

Crawfish Chowder
