Chicken Florentine Casserole

Reviewed: May 27, 2010
I used one, very well drained can of canned spinach and it just seemed to overpower it. If you use spinach, use fresh spinach. Otherwise the flavor was good. Will make again but without the canned spinach. I also couldn't tell what the lemon juice added to flavor so you may want to skip it if you don't have any.

Banana Upside-Down Cake

Reviewed: Oct. 25, 2009
The bananas the next day were just soggy. I thought it would have been a much better cake without the sliced bananas on top.

Salisbury Steak

Reviewed: Jun. 14, 2002
This recipe was okay if you like a tomato type, strong sauce. I prefer my salisbury steak w/a more brown gravy sauce. One daughter refused to eat the dish. The other one said it was okay. My husband was out of town so he missed it. I probably won't make this recipe unagain unless I changed somethings around.

Sesame Green Beans

This was quick, easy, and wonderful. I'm use to green beans cooked w/ham or bacon and onions, etc. and this ranked right up there.

Flank Steak with Garlic Wine Sauce

Reviewed: Jun. 12, 2002
Surprise, my picky 11 year old loved it. My other daughter and husband also raved about it. Like others, I added beef broth and mushrooms to the sauce. I also cooked my flank steak some more in the oven, since I hate any red looking meat. I liked this recipe. My only complaint was it was salty to me but that could of been the cooking wine I used plus the broth. Anyway, it will be made again in my home because it went over well and was simple to do.

Beef Enchiladas II

Reviewed: Jun. 8, 2002
Yum. A definite keeper. Easy to prepare, these tasted better than I've had in some mexican restaurants. My husband and kids liked them too. Thanks for this great recipe.
