Brownie Mix

Made the Brownie Snack Cake, great fluffy/squishy texture! I was happy to find a recipe with no chocolate chips, so no extra shopping. On the other hand the chocolate taste wasn't strong enough. (1/4 of the Brownie Mix Recipe is more than enough for the Brownie Snack Cake).

Churros

Difficult to get the inside done while keeping the outside from burning. I heard hollowing the Churros out with a stick before frying might work better, makes sense. Otherwise tasty and easy enough.
