Classic Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Jul. 19, 2013
I followed this recipe exactly and it came out perfect! They came out crunchy outside and moist inside......needless to say PERFECT! I also made a batch with chocolate chips that were just as delicious. If you have problems with this recipe it may be your baking soda or that you are handling the dough for fortoo longand letting it get soft in your hands. Try putting them back in the fridge for bout 10 minutes once you have them rolled o to your cookie sheets, then straight to the oven from there!

Unbelievable Rolls

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2013
This recipe turned out great! A few things i did different, i added the salt to the flour instead of the milk mixture and i used 2 cups of whole wheat flour and 3 cups all purpose flour. They came out perfect and when it came time to knead i only added about 1/2 cup flour to it. A couple helpful hints: 1)make sure your milk mixture is at a good temp, too hot will kill your yeast, too cold and it wont poof, if its expired it wont serve any purpose! 2)before you start kneading rub a little vegetable oil on your hands to keep the dough from sticking completely to your hands.3)when you knead your dough, make sure the surface you are kneading on is cold, otherwise your dough WILL stick to it! Great recipe!

Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles

Reviewed: Sep. 13, 2011
best snickerdoodle recipe ever. the only thing i did different is i only rolled the TOP of the cookie in the cinnamon sugar mix so that the cinnamon on the bottom of the cookie would not burn during the baking process!

Cinnamon Rolls I

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2011
this recipe was great! and so easy to make. i threw all the ingrediets in my breadmaker on the dough cycle and then rolled it outand put the cinnamon and brown sugar in it. a helpful hint: for those of us who buy the jars of yeast instead of the pouches, a .25 ounce package is the same as 1/2 a tablespoon, or 7.39 ml!

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2011
this recipe was great! i made a dozen cupcakes and then put the rest into a cake pan and they all turned out wonderful! of course i had to bake the cake a little longer (about 40-45 minutes instead of 25) but the results were something to brag about. A hit at the firestation!

Buttery Soft Pretzels

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2011
My husband is a firefighter who works 48 hours straight so i like to bring dessert that will have enough for most of the other guys to try too. I had to add a little more water but i have to say they turned out DELICIOUS! i was still thinking about them the next day! i made about 30 and not one was left t the end of the night! whats great is that you can make your own "toppings". i made a cinnnamon sugar, butter, and salt. My 1 yr old son loved them too, he ate 2!!! definitely one of my most favorite things to make for dessert!!! or even a snack!
