Tater Tot Bake
Ohhhhhhhhhhhh my goodness. This is FAB! I did make a few changes after reading many other reviews. I also added a can of cheese soup and doubled the milk. After seasoning the meat, I added in the 2 cans of soup and the milk to the skillet. I let the soup heat up and mix well into the meat. I then poured into the baking dish, topped with a little cheese, and then put an entire bag of the tater tots on top. After about 35 minutes, I broiled the tater tots to get them crunchy. I then added the rest of the cheese, put back in on bake for 10 minutes and DONE. Absolutely DELICIOUS!

Sesame Pasta Chicken Salad
AMAZING! This recipe reminds me of a salad I used to get from a store I no longer live near. I never considered attempting to make my own until I came across this one. It is absolutely delicious! I've done a few different variations. One time I used red onion instead of green for some added crunch and bite. Another time we added chinese noodles to our bowl once it was served. I also like to add red peppers and tomatoes for more veggies and to "thicken" it up. SO GOOD!

Fabulous Wet Burritos
FABULOUS! Made this tonight for the first time and it was amazing. My husband and I loved it. Only changes I made were minimal. First, I used a taco seasoning packet rather than the cumin, salt, pepper. I also bought a box of mexican rice that I was going to serve as a side, but decided to put it in. So I cooked the rice according to the directions, and then I stirred it in with the meat before filling the burritos. AMAZING! The rice was really good. I also followed others advice, and baked them for a few minutes for the cheese to melt, rather than microwave. AMAZING recipe, so glad I came across it!
