Easy Chicken Taquitos

We added just a bit of cour cream (which I normally don't care for) to the cheese mixture, it turned out amazing! We wanted something to add just a bit of moisture and this did the trick! Great recipe and will cook again!

The Best Lemon Bars

Everyone loved these yummy bars! The texture was a bit different than others bars I had tasted, but was nothing too offensive. Overall this was easy and tasty!

Macaroni and Cheese with Bacon and Onions

This was fine, the onions and bacon were okay, but I would definitely not add them into the mac and cheese like I did. It turned the noodles oily and a bit too greasy, made for an ugly dish.

Mom's Zucchini Bread

This was so easy to make and is just as tasty to eat! I halved the recipe as I only had one fresh zucchini in my garden to use and it was easy and delicious. My husband, who normally wouldn't get near a zucchini, just LOVES this loaf! I have six more zucchini's cmoing in and I know exactly how I will be using them now, thanks!

Chicken Quesadillas

These were pretty good. I preferred to use a blend of homemade seasoning. We put a bit of water on the tortillas before baking as we heard this helped them crisp up, seemed to work fine. I liked the meat/veggie mixture in just a tortilla but unheated, my husband seemed to really like them though.

Chicken Breasts with Chipotle Green Onion Gravy

This was really easy and pretty darn good! I would have added a bit of the seasoning to the actual chicken before searing it because it was a little lacking in flavor to me. The gravy was fantastic tasting, I was just left wanting the actual chicken to taste more like that.

Mama's Asian Chicken and Rice

This tasted so good! I would have put a bit of the seasoning onto the chicken before cooking, just cause the sauce was very flavorful but the chicken was a bit lacking. Also, I would increase the sauce amount since we love our chicken really saucy!

Bagels I

We have made these a couple times now, and they are pretty good. The dough is very thick and once cooked, these bagels are solid and hearty, but the taste is good and they are really easy to make!
