Big AllRecipes.com fan! This lovely website has provided recipes that made me look talented and creative at dinners, and because of all the great help, I hear almost weekly "This is the best (fill in the blank) I've ever had!" :) Sauces, I love to coat anything and everything in a yummy sauce, whether creamy or reduction or yummy pan-drippings. It's taken me many hours in the kitchen to get it right, and I am so pleased with the effort. The right sauce can mean the difference in how empty a dinner plate may be come meal end. I'm making it up as I go :) Layered orange and lemon angel food cake (from scratch), chicken with figs in a red wine reduction, probably my two best dishes I've cooked. Too many, way too many dumped dinners.
