Taco Seasoning I

Reviewed: May 2, 2013
I use this recipe every time I make tacos and always get rave reviews. Cut back on the red pepper flakes if your little ones don't like "spicy" and add some hot sauce if hubby likes it hot! I use the full recipe amount for one-pound of ground beef/turkey and add it with 1/4 c water to simmer after meat is cooked through.

This was easy to make and so pretty! I followed the recipe exactly. We took it to a picnic birthday party and it was a hit! No one touched the regular salsa and this one was gone. Thanks for posting!

Really moist chicken! I marinated chicken breasts in the buttermilk for about 30 minutes prior to baking. I added some parmesan cheese and garlic salt to the crushed tortilla chips. Yum!

Yummy and easy! I used leftover thin spaghetti noodles and leftover homemade meat sauce, and just Parmesan cheese (didn't have the others on hand)... and it came out great! Thanks for sharing the recipe!

Uncooked Banana Pudding

The whole family loved this! I halved the recipe and refrigerated the pudding/sour cream/milk/whipped topping mixture for a few hours before serving. I topped with bananas and mini nilla wafers just before serving. It was a hit!

Carrot Cake XI

Reviewed: Apr. 15, 2011
YUM! I halved the recipe and used applesauce and less oil, as suggested by other reviewers. I also added half of a ripe banana and a little extra cinnamon. The cake turned out moist and delicious! (I didn't add frosting, deciding to just eat it like a bread rather than a cake and to save some calories.)
