Chicken In Basil Cream

Very tasty. but a few comments. The breasts I bought were too large for the amount of milk and bread crumbs. It took three times as much fat to brown both sides. I would definitely recommend doubling the sauce. The only change I made was to use italian bread crumbs and to finish it in the oven.

Tomato Pie I

Everybody loved this. Not at all complicated. I failed to peel and it still came out well. I did put mayonnaise on the crust before building the pie and the crust was just fine.

Mock Filets

Basically it's mini-meatloafs. A nice idea, quite simple and tasty. Nothing really special but easy weekday meal.
