I absolutely love this recipe! I use a peach balsamic, and the sweetness really compliments the spices in this recipe. The only thing that I do differently is cut the chicken into bite sized pieces. I season the chicken a few hours before so that the chicken has more flavor. I never knew that I liked balsamic until I made this recipe. I made it a few days ago and my husband ate all the leftovers, so I made it again today. It's so good!
