World's Best Lasagna

This recipe is amazing! I make my own ricotta for this recipe using the recipe on this site called Sicilian Homemade Ricotta. I only make 1/4 of that recipe for this Lasagna. It has a much better flavor than the stuff at the grocery store and is very easy to make. Also, I don't boil my noodles. I just soak them in warm water for a few minutes. This recipe takes a lot of time, but there is a reason it's the highest rated recipe on the Internet...It's worth it!

Braised Balsamic Chicken

I absolutely love this recipe! I use a peach balsamic, and the sweetness really compliments the spices in this recipe. The only thing that I do differently is cut the chicken into bite sized pieces. I season the chicken a few hours before so that the chicken has more flavor. I never knew that I liked balsamic until I made this recipe. I made it a few days ago and my husband ate all the leftovers, so I made it again today. It's so good!
