Creamy Chocolate Frosting

Reviewed: Feb. 14, 2012
Two thumbs up!!!! This is the best chocolate frosting ever!! I did thicken (with more cocoa power and sugar) it a bit more than the recipe called for b/c I was using it to decorate cupcakes with a decorating bag and tip. I always can work easier with thicker icing when it comes to decorating. I will defiantly use this recipe again.

Country Scones

Reviewed: Sep. 22, 2011
I'm not a very good scone baker. Most of the time my scones come out dense and not flaky...but these were perfect! Not dense, very flaky and very tasty. These are a winner for me. I will defiantly make these again.

Little Mickey's Favorite Cheesecake

Reviewed: Sep. 13, 2011
I'm a cheesecake lover and a peanut butter/chocolate lover, so this cheesecake was very good and I followed the directions completely. It was very rich and sweet so you don't need a big piece but its rewarding to eat nonetheless. Yummy!!!!

Deep-Dish Beef Bake

Reviewed: Aug. 29, 2011
Very good! My family loved this. I did cook the onions and peppers with the ground beef and I added some Iltalian seasoning. Also, next time I will double the sour cream, Mayo, cheese topping. And I used a gluton free biscuit mix. It was all very tasty. I will make this again!

Cream Cheese Frosting II

Reviewed: Jun. 24, 2011
Delicious!! I used this for my carrot cake. I did use honey because I didn't have power sugar. It can out a little on the soupy side, but that was because it was my fault by using the honey. But even with the honey it tasted great. I can't wait to they it again when I have powder sugar on hand!

Chunky Potato Soup

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2012
Excellent soup! I love potato soup and I think this is the best. Since my family likes chunky but I like smooth potato soup I did a in-between thing and I half way mashed the potatoes right before I served it. So it had a smooth texture but you still got a few chuncks. It came out great. This one is in my recipe box for good.

Silver Dollar Pancakes (Gluten-free)

Reviewed: Apr. 6, 2011
These were very good. I did use honey instead of agave but that was because I didn't have agave. I also used almond meal instead of flour. The texture came out great. Also, I advise that you don't heat your griddle no more than 250*. They burn easily. My first batch came out a bit black. They are good with jelly and syrup. I will make these again!

Tangy Chicken Breasts

This Tangy Chicken is wonderful. Instead of using chicken breasts, I used chicken thighs, which were very tender and made the Tangy Chicken all the better. I will make this again!

This recipe is very good. It doesn't look pretty but the taste makes up for that. When I made it I didn't have corn so I used mixed veggies and it still was delicious. I will defiantly make this again.

Outrageous Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2011
Since I'm a person thats like chocolate and peanut butter together I must say that these were very good. I didn't put oatmeal in them because I didn't have any. Also, don't over cook these. As the directions say only 10-12 min in the oven at the LEAST. They are much better soft than crispy.
