Cheesy Chicken Quesadillas

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2011
My family loves this recipe. I only use 1/2 can of soup and cook the quesadillas on the George Foreman. I just spray the outside of the tortilla with a little veg oil pan spray and cook them in the GF. They turn out real nice! Thanks!

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Reviewed: Apr. 19, 2010
Pulled some tilapia out of the freezer tonite, and this was the first recipe I looked at. I made the recipe exactly as stated. My 3 kids and I ate every bit of this and they were asking before dinner was over when I was going to make it again! Served it with confetti rice...I cook any leftover veggies (I like celery, onion, shredded carrots, peas, corn or whatever) with a tiny amount of oil and garlic...then add chicken broth and brown rice and cook it all together. My husband does not care for fish at all, so this will become a meal that we will eat whenever he is traveling! THANK YOU!

Mixture for Meatballs, Meatloaf or Burgers

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2010
I have already used this recipe several times. My kids love meatballs with their spaghetti and this one works perfect. I scale the recipe to use 3# of hamburger, and it makes about 75 small meatballs. I bake them in the oven, use what I want for that meal and freeze the rest. (I freeze them on a cookie sheet first then pop them into a ziploc bag) For birthdays, I make BIG meatballs and the kids get a kick out of getting one large meatball! GREAT recipe! THANK YOU!

We have used this recipe alot, and shared it with friends! VERY good! We always sub Egg Beaters for the eggs, and we prefer French Vanilla pudding to vanilla. A summer favorite! THANK YOU!

Super Sausage Gravy

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2009
I made this the first time and my family really enjoyed it, but my husbadn thought it was missing something. I think the gravy in restaraunts is richer, so today I made it with half heavy cream and half 2% milk and they said it was perfect! This is a GREAT recipe! THANKS!

Better Than Best Fried Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2008
We just made this for the first time tonight and LOVED it! I was out of my usual seasonings to make chicken tenders, so I was kind of worried what the family would think when I made this! It was SO good! They ate every last piece of chicken and asked me to make it again soon! It was a bit messy, but that is part of the fun of making it at home. The kids really love helping me cook and this was another great one to help with. Plus, if they help they tend to eat more! :) Thanks for a great recipe, definitely will be used again!

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

Reviewed: Sep. 3, 2007
My family LOVED this recipe! The first night we ate on toasted buns. The kids kept saying that this was the "best ever!" The leftovers, we baked potatoes and then cut them open, stuffed them with this chicken, covered with cheese and put under the broiler for a couple minutes. YUM! I have already shared them with several friends and we will make this again and again! THANK YOU! (OH, I did add one cup of chicken broth to help keep moist while they cooked all day. We used Sweet Baby Rays original BBQ sauce too...TERRIFIC!)

Clone of a Cinnabon

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2007
This is the best cinnamon roll recipe ever! It took me few times to get it right tho. I found I measured the flour too heavy, now I spoon it into my measuring cup. Perfect! I also took other advice and let the yeast bloom in the milk for 10 minutes before I put it in the bread machine. I just made over 100 rolls for the teachers at my daughter's school. I FROZE them on cookie sheets and then put them in plastic ziplock bags...gallon bags. (I doubled the bags and put the full bag of rolls into another bag, just to make sure.) After I rolled up the dough and cut the rolls, I put them straight onto a cookie sheet with wax paper and set it in the freezer. When those were frozen, put them in baggies. Then, when I wanted to bake all of them, I set them out the night before in pans and let them thaw and rise all night. Left them on the oven in the morning while I preheated it and they rose a bit more and came out PERFECT after I baked them! When I have time, I am going to make more and freeze them for my family so we can eat them when we want! THANK YOU!
