Boston Baked Beans

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2013
Delish!!! Have been looking for a recipe like this...I cheated and used canned beans-black, kidney, navy...and added a bit of garlic. I had some leftover corn and saute'd it with the garlic, onions, and bacon in bacon fat! I use a large dutch oven on the stove instead of the oven. Let's just say it was yummy...Thanks for a great recipe!!

Addictive Sesame Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 13, 2011
My family loved this!! I did do 1/2 brown, 1/2 white sugar and backed off just a bit on it...I marinated the chicken in soy sauce, sesame oil, and sherry only, then sauteed in a bit of canola with white onions to reduce fat. Then I threw in a bunch of fresh veggies at the very end, poured the sauce on top and served with lo-mein noodles with sauce, and white rice as another option. My kids even fought over the leftovers!!

Grilled Ginger-Peanut Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2011
Delicious!! I left all the marinade on, then browned/seared it first and then finished it in a 375 oven. Was crispy outside, tender, juicy inside and had such a great flavor. Is now in my favorites folder!
