Easy Herb Roasted Turkey

We thought this was very good. I put the herb mixture between the skin in the meat the night before. The meat definitely had a nice flavor and it was moist - but I also did not cook the stuffing in the bird because the longer cooking time tends to dry the meat. The drippings made great gravy.

Raspberry Sour Cream Pie

This tasted alright, but I added a lot more than the amount of berries called for - at least another cup and it just barely came to the top of the rim.

Macaroni Au Gratin

This is the basic recipe that I have used for macaroni and cheese for years. I always add some grated onion, or some onion powder, tsp. or two of prepared mustard and a little worcestershire sauce to give it a little zip. Family loves it and it has got to be better for our health than adding a packet of processed dried cheese.
