Janet's Rich Banana Bread
Okay, this was amazing, and SO EASY (well I took forever since im so OCD about measuring stuff out). But yeah, didn't have any walnuts or sour cream, so I just added a little mayo instead, had the same effect. I was a little nervous since I used the light olive-oil butter instead of normal butter, but it turned out just as great and alot more guilt free! Even though that's a little more expensive, the quality of the ingredients really does make a difference! Im trying so hard to keep my hands off of it!

Black Bean Brownies
Not bad for a healthy alternative. But if you are expecting this to replace brownies, be warned. The texture is more grainy, less fudgey, and flat. But, with a glass of cold milk, it will surely satisfy that sweet tooth

Restaurant-Style Potato Skins
These sound delicious, but don't have to have nearly the same amount of fat and calories that they have! First of all, I don't think you'll need a whole container of sour cream, I feel like that will overtake the flavor of the potatoes and stuff. Also, try using 2% cheese and reduced fat sour cream, or heck, I even use plain yogurt! I feel like it has the same consistancy and if you add a couple of herbs or other flavorings to it, it will make it a little more flavorful. Also, there's no need to fry it. BAKE, for the same crunch and less oil and fat! So excited to make these!
