I tried this recipe today and really enjoyed it. Like Aaron, I baked the wings on a rack, but for the last 5 minutes I put them under the broiler to get them as brown as I wanted without over cooking. I set several wings aside and dipped them into the sauce after cooking to compare tastes. I found you had stronger flavour dipping after cooking but a nice mellow heat if you dipped them first. I also had some sour cream to dip them in as I was eating them. I also sprayed the wings with cooking spray to get the nice oil taste. All in all a great recipe.
