Oven Pot Roast

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2013
Did not have to change a thing and my husband wants it every night. Comes out moist and full of flavour.

Double Almond Chocolate Chip Cookies (Gluten-free)

Reviewed: Aug. 16, 2011
These did not work for me... It was the first time I had worked with almond flour so maybe I messed up, but it wasn't good.

Rhubarb Muffins

Reviewed: Jun. 30, 2011
Excellent, although like many others I added and changed some things. The topping isn't necessary at all as the muffins are plenty sweet on their own. I doubled the rhubarb and think I could still have put more in, I also added 1/2 cup of strawberries. My husband said he has a new favorite.

Jam Muffins

Reviewed: Jun. 13, 2011
So good and not overly sweet like so many muffins. Make sure to put the jam in the centre of the muffin or it spills on the tin and it is difficult to clean up.

Horseradish Honey Ham

Reviewed: May 31, 2011
What an interesting twist to regular old ham. I would never have thought to put horseradish on it. I cooked mine in a crockpot and wouldn't recommend it - but even though mine was a bit over-cooked it had a great flavour. My nephews aren't fans of ham and ate large portions!

Cream Cheese Blueberry Pie

Reviewed: May 2, 2011
Awesome!!! I used 6 oz of cream cheese as 8 didn't spread nicely and 4 just wasn't quite enough. I also used a fieldberry mix, but it was fabulous and my dinner party was asking for the recipe almost instantly.

Sweet and Sour Drumettes

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2011
It's okay when you add a little bit of chili sauce, however, I don't think it is worth the calorie count in the end. Too sweet for me!

Sushi Roll

Reviewed: Mar. 2, 2011
Excellent! The only change I made was that I put the ginger on the side rather than inside the sushi (I'm not a huge fan of ginger) and I halved the sugar. My friends raved about them. They were rather huge, which was unexpected. Giant Sushi - so I found that if I used all of the stuffing it just squished out. I ended up using approximately 3/4 of what was asked for.
