Alternative Baked Salmon

Just made this last night. My husband LOVED it. The only thing we noticed is that its a little TOO much flavor, so we decided that next time we won't use as much garlic (we used more than the receipe asked for - ahah) and less mayo.

Blueberry Muffins I

very easy, quick and simple. I would however add more sugar as 1/2cup was not sweet enough really. blueberries worked great but cranberries were even better! use dried apricots and cranberries for lots of flavor and smiles too.

Spinach and Cheese Stuffed Pasta Shells

VERY GOOD AND EXTREMELY EASY!! I only used a little more than half the spinach package because I didn't want it to overwhelm the ricotta. But its great! I went over with flying colors in my house and lots of compliments. very easy, quick and easy to clean.

Easy Broccoli Quiche

This recipe was great! I did make a few changes though. I substituted the broccoli with tomatoes and basil and completely took out the butter. Made it very tasty!

Eggless Tofu Spinach Quiche

This was really easy to make and turned out pretty well. I would recommend less garlic and more salt and pepper as it seemed pretty bland with just what the recipe called for. I only used half of the spinach in the package. I would also suggest getting a tofu that does not have a strong taste, as mine had that tofu taste, which my family did not like. One last thing I would do would be to cook it a little longer so that the crust is really brown. The 30 minutes that the recipe called for made my quiche a little mushy. I had to cook it longer, then it was perfect. As far as the crust goes, I would suggest getting the Marie Calendars Pie Crust, it was great! Otherwise, it was very good and easy to make with a few revisions for personal taste :)
