Chicken with Asparagus and Roasted Red Peppers

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2009
Very flavorful. I doubled and covered the pan as I cooked the chicken. The sauce was like a heavy broth and very flavorful.

Different Chicken Cordon Bleu

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2008
Very simple and rich in flavor. I did not use stuffing - instead I topped with breadcrumbs, and served with Baked Potatoes as a side starch. I went light on teh Garlic Powder

Sweet Mustard Chops

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2008
Good flavor - I only marinated for 2 hours, but the mustard and sweet flavor came through. Careful with chops on the grill - they tend to dry-out. These were pretty moist.

Italian Style Short Ribs

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2007
Doubled the recipe - eliminated oregano. Ribs were very flavorful and tender. Cooking liquid became fatty and would have to be de-greased for use as a gravy, which I did not do (although I am sure it would be delicious)

Beer Lime Grilled Chicken

Added 2 TBSP Soy Sauce for some added flavor. Chicken was moist, and had a nice subtle beer/lime flavor. Nice combination of flavors for the grill

Portuguese Chicken I

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2006
I used 6 boneless, skinless breasts, and, after browning, cooked them for 30 minutes. The Sauce is what makes this dish so wonderful. Smooth and creamy, with a hint of garlic.

Spicy Garlic Lime Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2003
Simple and very flavorful. I cooked it in a cast iron pan on the grill outside - so I didn't make a splatter mess on my stovetop.

Dill Vinaigrette

Reviewed: May 20, 2002
Nice and Tart, with a wonderful flavor of Dill. The Blender makes this a smooth and thick dressing that coats leafy greens well.
