Banana Apple Bread
Delicious and I will make it again but it needs a higher temperature (350°) right away to get it going. I cooked it for an hour and it still had a doughy bottom. tastes great though and we´ll see how it comes out next time.

Addictive Sweet Potato Burritos
Kind of blah flavor. I guess we are used to more chile. Really like the idea and flavor of the sweet potatoe though! Has great potential, just need to experiment some more.

Hot or Cold Vegetable Frittata
Great flavor! Very popular= served it to the PTA and they loved it. Added broccoli and substituted two small cooked potatoes for the bread. Have made it a couple of times. Once you get on to it, it is easy to change vegetables/quantities. Cream cheese is a nice touch. Will print it out and cover it in plastic this time!
