Garlic Chicken

This recipe was very good and so easy to make!! I did make some changes though and will continue to tweak the recipe a bit. I added italian seasoning, crushed red pepper, seasoned salt and crushed black pepper to the bread crumb mixture. We like things a bit spicy and adding the crushed red pepper didn't add enough spice, so we ended up drizzling hot sauce over the baked chicken. I served this with my spicy broccoli/cheese/onion casserole and roasted onion potatos. It was excellent!!

Chicken Scampi II

This recipe was very good...I did follow others suggestions and tweaked the recipe a bit and it was one of the best pasta dishes I've ever had!!! I reduced the amount of butter and oil to about half of what it said. I added 1/2 can of chicken broth (99% fat free) and about 1/4 cup or white wine (Chardonnay). I substituted italian seasoning for basil and oregano. I also seasoned the chicken with salt and pepper and added 1 whole chopped tomatos. I simmered all of this at about medium to medium-low heat until the chicken was cooked through (about 20-30 mins) and tomatos were almost translucent. I cooked the noodles and added right into the skillet with the chicken and the sauce. I served with hawaiian rolls since I didn't have garlic bread on hand. My husband LOVED it and had seconds and even thirds!!! :) He sneaked into the kitchen with his rolls and mopped up the rest of the sauce in the skillet with his rolls!!

Marinated Flank Steak

This was awesome. My husband absolutely LOVED it!! I marinated it overnight and just grilled on the foreman grill. I made some twice baked potatos for a side and it was a gourmet meal!!! This would be great as a taco or fajita!!! Thanks for a wonderful recipe.

Barbecue Ribs

Wonderful flavor!! I followed one reviewer's advice and added a little cornstarch afterwards to thicken up the marinade for basting and it didn't turn out well at all. I had to throw it away. The marinade thickens on the grill as you baste it. I did make some change and that was adding about 1/4 cup of lemon juice to the marinade and I also substituted chile powder and hot sauce for the chile sauce cuz I didn't have any on hand.

Classic Tiramisu

It tasted great, but like the other reviews, it was too runny. It was still not as firm as I'd like after being in the fridge and was messy to eat.

Chili Chicken

FANTASTIC!!! My husband raved that this was the best chicken he's ever had. I did marinate the chicken over-night and grilled it on the foreman for about 5 to 10 minutes. I wouldn't change a thing to this recipe!! PERFECT!! THANKS!!

Gourmet Chicken Sandwich

I didn't care too much for the dressings on the sandwich. I thought it was too much flavor going on all at once with the bread and the dressing. I didn't think it was tasty, but everyone else liked it okay. It wasn't a huge hit. I won't be making this again.
