Rhubarb Bread I

Very good recipe! This was my first time making rhubarb bread and I had some crushed pineapple that need to be used up, so I added 1/2 cup of that to the batter. Had to cook it a little longer, but WOW...what a great taste!! I will definitely be making this one again!

Broccoli Beef II

I tried this recipe and it was a HIT in my house! My husband loved it, the kids loved it. The only adjustment I made was that the round steak called for was to tough, so I got thin sliced Bulgogi meat. It was perfect!!

Crisp Oatmeal Cookies
