This is really yummy. I followed others' advice and sauteed onions, mushrooms, and frozen white corn. I sprayed with non stick spray and layered corn tortillas, spread on some salsa/sour cream mix, spread some spinach, then the sauteed veggies and 1/2 of the cheese. Made another layer of everything, ending with the cheese and baked. Total winner, my two teenagers liked it and my husband said it was delicious. Will certainly make again!

Award Winning Peaches and Cream Pie

For ease, a 5 star, for taste, a 4 star. I like a traditional pie a little better-on the other hand two people asked me for the recipe, and when I forgot to send it to them they both emailed asking for it again.

Asian Glazed Chicken Thighs

Just letting everyone know this works in the crockpot too. I want to try it in the oven for the "sticky, carmalized" feel, but yesterday I had no time so I mixed the sauce, poured it over some thighs and drumsticks in the slow cooker and cooked on high for 7 hours. I used high because my meat was still pretty frozen. Served the falling apart chicken and sauce over rice and it was a hit with whole family. Served with butter garlic broccoli from this site. Yum.

Broccoli with Garlic Butter and Cashews

Super yummy and easy. The more cashews the better and while I didn't toast the nuts, I can see why other reviewers suggested it. I will next time to make them stay crunchier.

Shrimp Burritos

This was the best burrito I've ever made! My kids and husband loved it. My teenage son said I should open a taco stand and sell these-guess he doesn't see a difference between tacos and burritos :) My only additions were some cilantro to the rice after it was cooked, and a lime squeezed over the shrimp after they were cooked too. I will make these again. Lots.

The Best Lemon Bars

I just made these following the recipe exactly. They taste good, but I can see how more lemon would be better. Next time I'll do as the other reviews suggest and add the juice of another lemon.

Ground Turkey Noodle Bake

This is a great family meal, was tastier than I expected it to be. I changed tomato sauce for spaghetti sauce and the powdered milk/water for skim milk. My husband was surprised when I mention it was turkey and not beef. Also, my family of six ate plenty and still had leftovers. Bonus!
