I am in absolute agreement with another reviewer that said stop reading the reviews, make this recipe and enjoy. The ONLY changes I made were due to lack of time. I bought a roasted chicken from Publix, shredded enough for the recipe and added ancho chile powder, cumin and salt to the shredded chicken. I did not have time to fry the tortillas so I simply added the filling, rolled them and topped with the salsa verde. Right before putting in the oven, I added the cream and topped with cheese. This is a delicious recipe and I will make over and over again. Thank you Lisa C!
