I fixed this last night. I did saute the onion and mushrooms, then seasoned the chops with pepper and garlic salt, browned them and then added 2 cans of soup with 1/2 can of water water and added minced garlic then,scraping up the bits left from browning the chops, added the chops,onion and mushrooms spooned some on top of the chops and let simmer for at least 30 minutes Served over rice. The chops were so tender we cut them with our butter knives. Hubby loved this dish and it will be a regular on our menu.
