Flank Steak Pinwheels

Reviewed: Feb. 27, 2006
I followed the receipe and marinated the meat for 18 hours and it was still very chewy and downright tough in places. The taste was good, so the next time i will brown rolled up meat in my Dutch Oven and cook it on top of the stove for at least 2 to 3 hours, round steak would do just as well for this dish.

Green Chile Stew

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2006
When I read this receipe I thought boy I'm not going to like this, but since all the other reviews significant others loved it I thought I'd make it for my dear Hubby. It was delicious and even though I upped the heat with habanero sauce I really like it too. Very good, very easy and very healthy. I put this in my WW online build a receipe and the only change I made was to use Ground Turkey Breast instead of ground meat. It came up with 3 points per serving.

Chicken Cordon Bleu I

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2005
This is so good and the easiest fancy meal to prepare for guests. My husband and I both loved this just as the receipe calls for, but will try adding Dijon mustard as suggested by another reviewr just for a change of pace once in awhile. I made these ahead which is also a big bonus when fixing for company

The chops were so tender we cut them with our butter knives. Hubby loved this dish and it will be a regular on our menu.

Yummy Cube Steaks

Reviewed: Jul. 16, 2005
I GAVE THIS A 4 STAR RATING BECAUSE IT IS SUCH AND EASY BASIC RECEIPE THAT YOU CAN REALLY GET CREATIVE WITH, OR FOLLOW EXACTLY FOR AN EASY MEAL. I DID HAVE TO LET THE CUBE STEAKS COOK ALMOST TWICE THE TIME STATED IN ORDER TO GET THEM NICE AND TENDER. I SERVED OVER NOODLES,ADDED GREEN BEANS AND MUSHROOMS, SINCE I DID NOT HAVE SQUASH. GOOD WAY TO COOK CUBE STEAKS.

Reviewed: Jul. 8, 2005
I made these last night on the grill my husband raved and raved about them, and I thought these were the best I've ever made on the grill. We will be having these often, and I'll make them in the oven this winter, too good to only have in the warm weather.

Fantastic and Easy: This makes a very large bowl, and every bite is wonderful. I am making this for my Ladies Church group meeting. It is wonderful and light, a great dessert after a large meal. I did not change a thing, but this would be great even if you just mixed it all togeather.

I followed the advise of a previous review and combined some of both Chicken Tandoori 1 with 2 and took the breasts to a cook out. We loved it. I would not use quite as much lemon juice the next time I make this, but it is definately a keeper.

Mandarin Orange Chicken

Reviewed: May 3, 2004
This is the first Chinese type dinner I have ever made that was not in a can. It turned out perfect and my husband raved and had the left overs for lunch today. I will fix this for company, it is easy and makes a beautiful presentation, but the best part is how great it tastes. For company I would double the sauce. The recipe was perfect for two with enough left over for lunch. I served brown rice with this.

Next time I will us Chirizo as I have been able to find the antouille sausage here. Excuse the spelling, My husband really liked this too, and was not crazy about the others I had made.
