Gingered Pork Chops in Orange Juice

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2010
I made this for 2 and it came out perfect. I poured the orange juice around the chops not over them and they did not get mushy. Hubby liked them and especially the onions on top. Served with Garlic potatoes, and used the juice as gravy. Green Beans and a salad. thank you for the receipe

Slow Cooker Ham

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2010
I had a 7lb small shank ham. I put it in my slow c ooker hoping it would fit. Lucky for me it just did. Every one raved about it. I did not add anything except the brown sugar, and then as the ham was being cut I put a spoon full of sauce in it. YUM.I'm going to buy a bigger cooker just so I always have room to fix this receipe. thank you for the recipe and saving me a lot of clean up time too. MJ

My husband loved this dish and we think it is great for a meatless meal. I'm about to fix it for the second time and share half with my neighbor.

Sausage Potato Bake

Reviewed: May 17, 2009
I'm giving this a four rating because my husband really liked it. I personally think it needs a little more spice, for me it was rather bland, but certainly a fast dinner to make. I had left over baked potatos that I normally fry, but used this instead. Since every thing was already cooked I left it on 350o for 45 minutes. It makes a lot, were having it for lunch today and then freezing it for a future dinner.

I love this receipe when I don't have a lot of time in the morning. It turns out delicious every time. My husband loves the gravy it makes and the tenderness of the meat when it is done.

Pork Chops with Apples, Onions, and Sweet Potatoes

My husband and I loved this. I followed the recipe exactly. Everything was nicely done in one hour. Would give it a 5 but, it does take time with all the peeling and cutting.

Hot Dog a la Potato

Reviewed: Oct. 12, 2006
I give any recipe 5 stars that tastes great and is so easy. My dh loved this dish. I did carmalize some onions and put those in the all beef dinner dogs I used along with Cheddar cheese. Covered them with potatos and covered the potatoes with cheese at the end of baking time. Which I left them in the oven for 25 minutes. My husband said don't change a thing these are great just this way.

Pork Chop Pileups

Reviewed: Sep. 26, 2006
This is fast and my husband rated this at a four. I rate it at a five because ist is so easy. I did brown and season my pork chops first, but that is the only change and they came out perfect,I used a mandolyn to slice the potatoes and baked for one hour everything was done to perfection.

I made this last night and it is one of the best tasting and easiest Pot Roast I ever made. The carrots and potatoes turned out like oven roast. My husband asked if we could have the left overs again the next night. Thank you Marie for a great recipe.

Glazed Corned Beef

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2006
There is only one thing wrong with the recipe, don't expect a lot of leftovers. My husband could not quit raving and eating this Rorned Beef. He said it was the best he ever had and did not even want to put horseradish on it. I did simmer it for an two hours and then followed the receipe exactly. Thanks Melody for a wonderful recipe.
