Habanero Hellfire Chili
I've made this chili 3 times now. That's how much I love this recipe!! This last time I only made 2 changes that I think still think are true to the recipe. ( I don't like reviews where the entire recipe is changed so much that it's not what was originally posted!) Some of my guests wanted a soupier chili, so this last time I did not drain any of the cans. I think that also added flavor in addition to liquid. I also added (because it was on hand and needed to be used) a pound of chorizo sausage. The end result was awesome! This is the only chili I will be making from now on!

Easy Taco Seasoning Mix
I was making a casserole that called for taco seasoning and realized I had none in the house, so I came to Allrecipes to see what I could find. This was the easiest one and I had all the ingredients on hand, so I made it. I tasted it before adding it to my dish and it seemed to taste exactly like what comes in those packets. I won't be buying the pre-made stuff anymore!

Beefy Spanish Rice
Okay, this is my first review on this website ever! I think this is a fantastic starter recipe that you can take in any direction you like. I'm usually not one that likes reviews where the the end result is not what the OP intended, but I'm breaking all my own rules here. I had 2lb's. of ground beef that I had to use before it went bad, so I chose this recipe. I doubled the amount of onion and bell peppers, and used a Tbls. of Cumin and Cayenne pepper as well as using garlic flavored tomato sauce. I ended up using 2 cans of tomato pastes as well as more water than called for. The dish turned out perfect!!
