I used this recipe as dessert for a dinner I did at our Elks Lodge. The kids weren't as excited about the unique flavor of Key Lime as the adults -- but NO LEFTOVERS! I was asked for the recipe by a number of people and that's always a good sign. I used crusts from the Dollar Store (two for a buck!) and whipped topping from a can because it's pretty with less effort. I used regular lime peels, sugared, for garnish. Also, I live in Wyoming and I buy Key Lime Juice bottled at the local supermarket in my town of 7,000 -- ask for it since it's much easier than squeezing the little limes!
