Holiday Dressing
I modified this recipe only slightly. I used dried parsley IPO fresh. I used Hillshire Farms smoked sausage and ground it up in the food processor. I used a small can of green chili peppers IPO the fresh green pepper. I used a can of condensed cream of celery soup IPO the fresh celery. I baked at 350-degrees for an hour. This dressing can be a casserole main dish all by itself. There are never any leftovers and the house smells great when it's cooking!

Easy Key Lime Pie I
I used this recipe as dessert for a dinner I did at our Elks Lodge. The kids weren't as excited about the unique flavor of Key Lime as the adults -- but NO LEFTOVERS! I was asked for the recipe by a number of people and that's always a good sign. I used crusts from the Dollar Store (two for a buck!) and whipped topping from a can because it's pretty with less effort. I used regular lime peels, sugared, for garnish. Also, I live in Wyoming and I buy Key Lime Juice bottled at the local supermarket in my town of 7,000 -- ask for it since it's much easier than squeezing the little limes!
