Fudge

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2012
Are you serious??? How many hours and hours of my life have I spent making fudge, soft ball method, taking temperature, ruining batches...this was sooo easy! Hooray! Made chocolate walnut and chocolate peanut butter in a matter of minutes. I used others' recommendations and used 2 cups milk + 1 cup semisweet. Really good!!! NOTE: If yours is runny or doesn't "set" - make sure you are using sweetened condensed milk, not evaporated milk!!! Huge difference between the two!

Chicken Katsu

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2011
Awesome! Used Tonkatsu sauce from Diana S's review (thanks!). Made brown rice and veggie stir fry on the side - fried up sliced carrots & cabbage in small amt. of olive oil, added ground ginger, soy sauce, and small amt of Tonkatsu, yummy!

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2011
Exceptional with the following changes: cook chicken/veggie mixture in chicken broth and add some pepper, add a can of cream of mushroom soup to this "dry" mixture. With this change, the entire filling turns out moist yet thick, and there is no need to double the sauce. Take bottom pie crust, brush with egg white, bake for 6 minutes. Add dry mixture, then sauce mixture, cover with 2nd crust, brush with egg white. Cook for 20 minutes, cover edges of crust only with foil, cook additional 10 minutes. SO GOOD!

Lemon Herb Barbeque Sauce for Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 18, 2011
Wow was I surprised at how great this chicken was! When I combined the ingredients, it didn't really seem like much of a sauce, but it turned out sooo good. I marinated for only 1hr before. Definitely on my favs list! Thank you for posting!

Melissa's Turkey Meatloaf

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2011
So good, I used half the amount of parm cheese, omitted the milk, and used 3/4 c bread crumbs. Perfect! The fresh basil gives it an excellent flavor, but you could use dry if that's all you have. I did not use the tomato soup. I baked for 40 minutes, then topped with my fav sauce combo (2 parts BBQ sauce, 2 parts ketchup, 1 part mustard) and baked again for 5 min. YUM!
