I really liked this recipe. As a southern gal who frequents Houston often, I can be picky with my mexican food. I did a few things differently by adding 5 chili peppers, reducing to 2 anaheim peppers, 2 tomatillo and 2 jalapeno peppers. I used about 3 cups of beef broth rather than the beef bouillon and because I needed more liquid so as to eat like a soup. Lastly, I cut the cream cheese in half because DH is not a fan. Turned out delicious! Cant wait to cook again!
