Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2011
These wings turned out great! instead of frying I baked them for 40 mins turning them once and then applied the sauce baking for 15 more mins at 300 as suggested by another reviewer. for my sauce I used Louisiana hot sauce and light CountryCrock butter. My family is constantly requesting these. Wow is all I can say! I will not be buying hot wings anymore.

Krista's Sticky Honey Garlic Wings

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2011
This was an easy and simple recipe. My hubby loved them but not a big hit with the kids. I also left out the extra water to be added at the end.

Chicken with Garlic, Basil, and Parsley

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2011
Just finished making this and it was a HIT! The best part is that it was a quick and easy meal. Although I had to substitute the dried parsley for McCormick onion powder with white and green oinions and parsley. Instead of garlic cloves I used Spice World minced garlic. This is great to make when your short on time but hungry for something good.

Buttercream Icing

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2011
This icing is great! The only change I made was that I used all butter. I also just put all of the confectioners' sugar in at one time. Next time I will go for a light butter. I don't like my icing too sweet although it was beyond great. My husband can't get enough of it. I gave it five stars because now I will never buy store bought icing again.

Cheddar Biscuits

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2012
I made these again this morning and my family loved them. I lightly sprinkled the garlic salt on some of the biscuits. This is an easy way to save money as well. A person can make several for the price of one:)

Sausage, Peppers, Onions, and Potato Bake

Reviewed: Nov. 15, 2012
I really enjoyed this recipe. It was something different from the usual. I used Country Crock light butter because I did not have any olive oil on hand. This recipe was worth every minute of prep!

Angel Hair Pasta with Garlic Shrimp and Broccoli

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2011
Made this last night exactly just like the recipe with a few minor changes. I used lemon juice, butter, and black pepper to saute the shrimp (no salt used). When I tasted the sauce, I thought that it wasn't going to taste good. Once I mixed everything together...wow! Tastes better than the store bought shrimp and pasta.

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Reviewed: Feb. 13, 2011
I tried this last night using a whole 5lb chicken (skipped refrigerating overnight). Before I seasoned the chicken I rubbed it with CountryCrock light spread. I used half a onion and bell pepper to stuff the chicken cavity. Then I added a little more paprika, onion and garlic powder then what the recipe calls for. I also added about 1/2 tsp to 1 tsp of ground sage and 1 tsp of Mrs.Dash fiesta lime. I didn't use as much salt. I covered the chicken with foil bending it at the top and baked @ 350 for 2hrs 15mins. The taste was great. My hubby and kids kept talking about how much they enjoyed the meal.

Sweet and Spicy Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Aug. 27, 2012
I tried this recipe because I wanted to try a different flavor. The recipe exceeds my expectations. The best part is that it is simple to make. I was unable to cut the wing tips and I had to use Pace Chunky Salsa medium....it still came out great!

Simple Turkey Chili

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2011
Made this last night and it turned out pretty good. I added chicken hot dogs (cut into pieces), you can fry them with the hamburger meat. I also added half a can of stewed tomatoes (my hubby loves them). By the end of the night the chili was all gone!

Salisbury Steak

Reviewed: Oct. 21, 2012
This was a family hit! I made a few adjustments. I only used 2lbs of beef, added 1 cup of ketchup, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 1/2 cup water and 1-1/2 teaspoon Lawry season salt. I made 9 patties and baked them in a glass dish @ 350 for 35 minutes.

Southern Style Thanksgiving Green Beans

Reviewed: Nov. 22, 2012
I ended up adjusting this recipe to our taste because it did not have flavor. I used two 3lb cans Hanover green beans and turkey smoked sausage instead of a ham hock and half the salt(sea salt). I ended up pouring half the water out. The adjustments were made after the recipe simmered. I added about 4tbs of butter, and about 2tbs of Knorr Chicken Flavor Bouillon, and 1tbs of Italian Seasoning.
