Simple Macaroni and Cheese
I liked it for it's creaminess. Next time I make it I may add more shredded sharp cheddar cheese. I also added onion powder and granulated garlic which helped. My son tried it with hot sauce on it and liked it. I may also add a can of diced tomatoes to it or try it with salsa. This was super easy and I had all the ingredients, better than the preservatives in boxed c & m in the stores! Used a 13.25 box of whole grain elbow macaroni and used most of it as opposed to the 8 oz size mentioned.

Melissa's Turkey Meatloaf
I'm with love2eat on this one. While my family liked it I thought it was bland. I even added an extra clove of garlic and Lawry's seasoning. I omitted using milk. Also, by the way, who ever heard of making any meatloaf in a 9 x 13 pan????? I used a 9 x 3 loaf pan and added 15 minutes to the baking time because otherwise it did not cook right. I also checked in my Pillsbury cookbook how long to cook a meatloaf to be sure, which says 60-70 minutes! The soup didn't even really cook much (the hubby thought I had made cabbage rolls when he looked at it). I took off the aluminum foil at the 40 minute mark as well which helped. May make it again but it needs some kick to it for my taste.

Basic Cream Cheese Frosting
This is the recipe I used with making the Pumpkin Spice cookies by CARRUTH, but made only half. VERY good frosting!!!! I will use this one again many times! Thank You JJ for sharing this one!
