French Bread
I always have reservations when trying new bread recipes - I'm an avid baker, and getting bread just right takes a extraordinary recipe and a little know-how! This one passes with flying colors. I did tweak it, based upon reviews I read which were very helpful. I added a bit extra salt, and I topped the bread with egg white AND a couple tablespoons of melted butter; also, I did not stop to re-apply this mixture after 20 minutes, but allowed the bread to bake straight through for 40 minutes before taking it out (my oven bakes fast.) My family was so impressed, they thought I'd purchased my loaves at Panera. For dinner last night, I topped it with a homemade bruschetta made with my garden tomatoes! It was wonderful! Thanks for sharing this recipe!

Chocolate Zucchini Cake I
This is by far the best chocolate zucchini cake recipe I've tried! My garden produced a lot of zucchini this year, so I was looking for creative ways to please my kids...this recipe was it! I tried a number of recipes that weren't as moist as promised, and I knew this one would be good when I saw milk in the recipe - it truly made the difference! This was wonderfully moist and delicious! I did eliminate the butter and used olive oil only.

Easy Beer Bread Mix
I just told my husband how smart I am for making this WONDERFUL bread! I used to buy the beer bread mixes in a box for a ridiculous price. Why would anyone do that when they can whip up this recipe in minutes? I honestly believe this recipe is the best I've ever had, and I bake a LOT of bread!
