Bill's Sausage Gravy

I didn't have any maple sausage, so I used regular Jimmy Dean and stirred in some brown sugar while the meat was browning. Mmm. So good, I made this gravy two weekends in a row. Perfect with Grands biscuits.

Pretzel Turtles

Red Snapper Livornese

Sooo good. The fish I had planned to use had gone bad, so I tried the recipe with pork chops instead. I served this with some linguine tossed in olive oil and was really impressed.

Paprika Pork Chops

Pretty good! I thought the pork was a tiny bit bland, but my boyfriend loved it. It held together pretty well for leftovers.
