The Best Chicken Fried Steak

This might be okay for someone who has never eaten well seasoned food with flavor, but not acceptable at my house. The steak was terribly bland... no flavor. I was so turned off, I didn't even bother making the gravy, which should complement the steak, not provide ALL the flavor. In the garbage can it went.

Chicken Breast Stuffed with Spinach Blue Cheese and Bacon

Very good. I've made this twice now and everyone loved it. I used half sundried tomato and basil feta cheese, and half blue cheese. I also added garlic, onion, and cilantro. YUMMY!

My Best Clam Chowder

Fantastic Chowder! We dig for our razor clams up here in Washington and I always make a batch of this wonderful chowder chock full of my efforts! Thank you so much for sharing! I add Green Giant Corn Niblets and chopped peppered bacon to kick it up a bit!
