Baked Salmon Fillets Dijon

I personally don't like salmon but bought a small fillet for my husband as a trial since I never made it before. I kept it in the oven a bit longer then stated, so it was a nice golden color with some crispiness. My husband went crazy over it, and so did my kids! Then they convinced me to try it, and I loved it, too! We were all upset that I only bought a small fillet, so today I am making it again, but this time enough for the whole family. This recipe was delish! It did not have that strong fishy salmon flavor, and as the other commenter wrote, the dijon compliments the salmon perfectly. Thanks, CHRISTYJ, for the awesome recipe! :)

Basil Chicken and Pasta

Loved this!! Very "restaurant-styled" IMO :) Husband says its a keeper. I did double the sauce. Didn't have basil on hand, so added some frozen broccoli to pan a little after sautéing the chicken & onions. AMAZING! Used whole-wheat fusilli, too..YUM! Thanks, Stacey, for sharing!! :)

Delicious! Made half the batch with coconut, and the other half without. Mine was a bit soggy, so I guess I needed to keep it in the oven longer for the milk to harden some, but it still was AWESOME! A keeper!

Sour Cream Chicken Paprika

I love this recipe--and my VERY PICKY BOYS love it, too. It MUST be made with full-fat (regular) sour cream (not low-fat) or it just won't taste good (I tried it both ways and there is a HUGE difference). If your kids are picky onion eaters, you can chop them long and take out when serving, Once your kids get used to the taste, you can chop the onions small again. I usually use 1.5 cubes of organic stock in 2 cups of boiled water...I am also very generous with my 2T of paprika and with the flour in the sour cream. I think I make this dish every 10 days or so, and we love it over plain white rice :) Thanks DEME for the great recipe! It's now a part of our family meals :)
